The griddle plate for the Feuerhand Pyron

Grilling "á la plancha" on the Pyron – the Pyron Plate turns your fire barrel into a cooking station. The six millimetres strong steel plate allows you to use the heat from below to roast any aromatic food you desire. The plate is slightly arched to prevent your food from sliding over the edge. The cooking support in the centre prevents eggs, sausages and co. from falling into the fire.
