1. Return Window

You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

2. Eligible Items

Items must be new, unused, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging with all accessories included.

The following items cannot be returned: used products, damaged items, modified items, products without their original packaging, and any personalized items (if applicable).

3. How to Start a Return

To initiate a return:

Contact us at info@cookonfire.ca (or through the website’s contact form) with your order number and reason for the return.

Repack the item securely in its original packaging.

Ship it to the address we will provide once your return is approved.

After we receive and inspect the item, we will confirm whether the return is accepted.

4. Return Shipping & Refunds

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the item received was defective or incorrect.

If your return is approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7–14 business days after we receive the item.

Initial shipping fees are generally non-refundable.

5. Non-Refundable Items

Returns are not accepted for:

Used or damaged items

Items without original packaging

Personalized products

Clearance or final-sale items

6. Damaged or Defective Products

If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photos of the damage/defect.
We will offer either a full refund or a replacement at no extra cost, depending on availability.
